Kate is a highly regarded transformation coach specialising in leader performance, and maternity transition coaching. Stephen started his City career as a Stockbroker at age 16 and then joined Goldman Sachs as a futures trader and later as a risk manager. It was in this position that it became apparent that performance was being influenced by state of mind. His new career path began. He trained as a master practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) along with training in many other forms of Psychology along the way. In 2010 Stephen discovered the understanding of the Three Principles, which is described as the foundation behind all human experience and the underpinning of all Psychology.
