About us
The Quality of Mind approach has been developed by Making Change Work Ltd, a change consultancy with a 15-year heritage working with blue-chip organisations to unlock personal and operational performance in a changing world.
Our 'Why'
Why Quality Of Mind? Despite Many Years Of Creating Positive Business Results, We Realised That :
1. The way most organisations manage their people through change, rarely meets the desired projected time, budget and quality outcomes, and can cause change fatigue and employee disengagement.

2. The current best-practice application of psychology to change and performance is based on an innocent but outdated understanding of how the human experience and the mind operates.
Linear change is the norm. We enable exponential change. And no trade offs
