Going Beyond Traditional Psychology

What exactly is Quality of Mind (QoM)?

Quality of Mind is a pioneering approach to human potential that focuses on how the mind works before psychology—before thoughts, emotions, or techniques. It’s about understanding the deeper operating system behind our experience.

Most coaching adds tools or techniques to manage your thinking. Quality of Mind reveals a foundational shift—accessing a key major realisation before dealing with content of life—which makes change more profound, sustainable, and often effortless.

Quality of Mind is relevant for anyone, about anything—all it requires is a willingness to truly explore. Typically, our clients are leaders, entrepreneurs, teams, and individuals who sense there must be an easier, more natural way to thrive—but don’t yet know what that is. Whether it’s unlocking breakthrough business results or finding deeper personal peace, Quality of Mind points to the same root shift: revealing untapped potential and freedom from unnecessary struggle.

Most solutions start with managing thoughts, emotions, or behaviour. Before Psychology points to something upstream—the nature of experience itself. It’s about seeing through the misunderstandings that create unnecessary struggle in the first place, which is all based on the case of ‘mistaken identity’ about what we are as a person and our role in the human experience. This might make no sense currently🙄 so to understand more about this, have a look at our E-book or some of the podcast episodes or YouTube.

The grounding of Before Psychology approach is based the principles on Direct Path Non-Duality. You  might be thinking. ”What’s the catch? Why isn’t everyone doing this?”

Quality of Mind is a fast-growing but a currently non-mainstream approach.  Traditional models don’t yet explain consciousness this way.

It been to easy to overlook, mainly because it can appear too simple. The mind is naturally curious about content, but the real transformation happens when you look at the nature of mind itself.

Perfect. This approach might initially appear to conflict with what you’ve already learned—but actually it  just points to something deeper, Those other approaches and modalities were pointing to that also, but in a more indirect way. Many clients say it’s the missing piece that makes sense of everything else.

Not at all. Quality of Mind isn’t about adopting a doctrine or subscribing to a new set of beliefs. It’s based in direct experience and inquiry. You’ll only have realisations that make sense to you—there’s nothing to memorise, believe in, or force. This isn’t about persuasion; it’s about seeing directly what’s already true. In a way, it’s the opposite of a doctrine or a cult!!
